Everything felt so much simpler when I was a kid.

There was this warm, comforting sense that everything was just as it should be. I had my mom, and even though we didn't have much, it always felt like we had everything. Thinking about those days reminds me of how quickly time slips away. That's why I try to savor every moment now, because life is always shifting, and those precious times can never quite come back the same way again.
